Bienvenido
Del Pino

guitarist, singer, composer Andalou

Born in Malaga, Andalucia Spain, Bienvenido grew up in a gypsy family where flamenco is part of daily life. At 17, he began playing guitar professionally at the flamenco night club or "tableo", the renowned TAVERNA GITANA,- an inevitable venue for flamenco artists. Bienvenido accompanied flamenco performers such as : Las Greca, La Kika de Malaga, Mercedes.... His collegues during this period: Tomatito and Pedro Escalona... He played at the TAVERNA GITANA for over three years before touring with the renowned flamenco singer BAMBINO.

Bienvenido continued his musical career in Paris and toured Europe with the flamenco ballet of RAPHAEL AGUILAR. Moving to the south of France he formed BIENVENIDO COMBO with the idea to mix latin sounds with flamenco.

The group is now a family of artists who have performed together for over 25 years.

Bienvenido has also created a latin-music group called CARAMELO LATINO. This group delights with a large variety of latin rhythms accompanied by dancers from Cuba.
